The team created an immersive holiday party with a “Winter Chalet” theme within the ballroom of the IHG hotel in DTLA. The event was much more elevated and unique than a typical corporate celebration party, taking over the space with moody lighting and scenic props and decals to create a cozy winter atmosphere. This event featured a winter forest entry moment that transported guests to a magical winter event to celebrate a successful year.
